This case study details "SOLEMATE", a project that began as an exploration into the complexities of e-commerce for high-quality sneakers. Through initial analysis of various e-commerce sites and a deep understanding of market gaps and user needs, our goal was to develop a website that simplifies access to detailed product descriptions, enabling users to make well-informed purchase decisions. This project provided an opportunity to gain experience in e-commerce topics, enhance usability, improve navigation, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. We tackled the frequent challenges of inconsistent and unclear product specifications, aiming to create a more streamlined and user-friendly interface. Our redesigned product information cards feature intuitive icons and detailed specifications, designed to facilitate an effortless journey from the homepage to purchase. From identifying gaps to designing and conducting user testing, we have proactively explored the topic and gained valuable insights. This is just a sneak peek.
